Timing and delivery

After your enquiry, we review the goal, current setup and budget. You receive a scope with deliverables, exclusions and milestones before committing. Feedback and access to your content or systems affect the schedule.
Tools and ongoing costs
Flutter for a shared mobile codebase, with APIs and storage chosen for the workflow. We assess whether a responsive web app could solve the problem at lower cost first.
Third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting, ad spend and taxes where applicable are identified separately. Payment milestones and optional maintenance are agreed in the proposal.
Questions before you start
Should I build a website or an app first?
For discovery, simple bookings or a new unvalidated idea, a website may be sufficient. An app is more useful when people return regularly or need device features.
Can the app scale later?
We plan the data model and interfaces for the expected next phase. Larger workloads and new features still require testing and additional development.
