Timing and delivery

After your enquiry, we review the goal, current setup and budget. You receive a scope with deliverables, exclusions and milestones before committing. Feedback and access to your content or systems affect the schedule.
Tools and ongoing costs
Next.js interfaces, server-side APIs and a relational database where appropriate. We scope validation, access control, backups and integrations to the sensitivity of the data.
Third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting, ad spend and taxes where applicable are identified separately. Payment milestones and optional maintenance are agreed in the proposal.
Questions before you start
Can you connect our existing CRM?
We first confirm API availability, permissions and subscription limits. The integration is then scoped around the records and actions you actually need.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Maintenance can be quoted separately. The agreement should specify monitoring, update work, response windows and which feature changes are excluded.
